Saturday 29th September saw Peter Webb, known to the world as Spider, retire from Mick & David Easterby Racing after over 50 years of service. |

Spider joined the stable way back in 1972, joining his sister Brenda who was also working here. |
|
Spider rode out thousands of horses and also took the horses racing before switching to yard work. |
|
A legend of the yard, and we really mean that in every sense, Spider chatted with Alex at his retirement party and as a consequence we've a great collection of stories. |
