Blueandtangerine became the first winner we have trained for Tomlinson Racing this afternoon when she took the 'Brian Pykett 88th Birthday Celebration EBF Restricted Maiden Fillies Stakes' at Beverley. Billy Garritty was the successful rider as the daughter of Time Test beat Neoma by three quarters of a length at odds of 8/1. Blueantangerine raced in third, maintaining touch with the leaders, and after being asked for an effort two out she was switched left and stayed on well to wear down the leaders close to home. Blueantangerine was our third individual juvenile winner of the season, with Scatter Penny and Alpha Magic also recording victories earlier this year. |
